2-tert amyl anthraquinone (AAQ)

As an important raw material, 2-tert- amylanthraquinone (AAQ) has a long synthesis step with high technical threshold. After years of research and development, LRDICI has successfully developed AAQ preparation technology with independent intellectual property, and the product quality has fulilled the foreign standards. With the following advantages, it can replace 2- ethylanthraquinone (EAQ) for hydrogen peroxide production completely or partially.

1. It shows high solubility in the mixed solvents, which is about 2-3 times that of EAQ under the same conditions. The production capacity of the working solution is thereby increased effectively, generally to 12g/L -18 g/L.

2. The hydrogenation process has mild operating conditions, less degradation of anthraquinone and low loss, which can increase the production scale of a single set and reduce the production costs significantly.
