Spherical Palladium Catalyst

Molecular formula: Pd/Al2O3 Model: Q/LMY127-2020

ZHONG QIAO GLOBAL CHEMICAL SERVICE CO., LTD. successfully developed sylindric palladium catalyst (APC-T-1) and spherical palladium catalyst (APC-Q-1). Currently, the Company has spherical palladium catalyst production plant of 200 tons/year, production scale of which is in the lead in China.

Features:

1. Large pore volume, high activity, good stability, long application life.

The product which uses oil column forming method has good pore structure and advantages like large pore volume, large specific surface, concentrated pore diameter and high strength. The activity is 20-40% higher than other catalysts. It is difficult to de-palladium and has good stability, long application life(generally more than five years) because of the high activity and stable precious metal components.

2. Hydrothermal Stability

Since the carrier fabrication process is oil column forming method which relies on the oil surface tension one-time molding without external forces like extrusion and rolling, the structural and hydrothermal stability is high.

3. Stable batch quality, high finished product yield, few impurity.

The direct material of oil column forming method is liquid gelatin, and the spherical molding relies on the oil surface tension and specific gravity which is easy to operate and makes the catalyst uniform in size; the product use high specification raw materials to guarantee the few impurity.

Applications:

It is widely used in catalytic hydrogenation, absorptive removal fields of chemical industry, medical industry, environmental protection, such as anthraquinone hydrogenation in the hydrogen peroxide production, desulphurization, olefin de-acetylene, gas de-oxy purification.

APC-Q-1S (third generation)

Advantages(compared with the second generation):

More suitable and precise pore size distribution and effectively improving the selectivity of the product.

Relatively thinner and more suitable palladium layer distribution can improves the palladium dispersion on the catalyst surface and the utilization rate of effective active components, performing high activity.

APC-Q-2 (third generation plus)

Advantages(Compared with APC-Q-1S):

Increase the particle diameter to reduce the resistance of catalyst bed layer.

Improving the crushing strength, so as to prolong the operation life of the catalyst.

It is suitable for the application of fixed bed devices with small diameter and large bed layer resistance.

LDHA-1(fourth generation)

Advantages:

1. High Hydrogenation Activity

Hydrogenation Efficiency: ≥9.0g/L(APC-Q-1S); ≥10.5g/L(LDHA-1)

2. Good Selectivity

The consumption of anthraquinone ≤0.40~0.45kg/t (27.5%H₂O₂), lower than the average consumption in this field 0.50~0.70kg/t (27.5%H2O2)

3. Large Production Capacity

Production capacity: ≥6.5 kg(100%H₂O₂)/[kg(CAT)·d] (APC-Q-1S); ≥10.5 kg(100%H₂O₂)/[kg(CAT)·d] (LDHA-1)

4. High Strength

Strength≥38N, When using the catalyst, it is not broken, powdered, and palladium is not removed from the catalyst. The loss is very low.

5. Long Operation Life

The technical guarantee operation life ≥ 5 years (as per normal working conditions), generally 6 ~ 8 years, some situations more than 10 years, and the consumption of catalyst is low.

6. High residual palladium content in used catalyst

The technical guarantee value of palladium content (using less than 5 years) ≥ 0.25W%. The higher the palladium content of the used catalyst is, the higher the residual value is.

7. Stable product quality
